Coax Cable

Coax cable connects to the radio via UHF connector and the antenna via a NMO connector.

Measure so that you do not have extra coax cable.  You should never coil a coax cable or run them next to power wires as this will cause RF interference.  If you have extra cable you should re-rout the cable to use it up.

The PL-259 (sometimes called a UHF connector) connector fits our COM-DB90 and COM- G95 radio and is popular with most other radios. The NMO connector is about 1-1/16″ diameter (1.1195- inches with threads).

NMO diameter = 1-1/16″ (1.1195″ exactly)

PL-259 connector is standard male connector sometimes referred to as UHF connector.
