By using TheCOM website (https://utvcom.com/) you accept the policies set forth. We may amend this policy at any time.
Please inspect product upon arrival and notify us immediately of any damaged items, missing parts, or incorrect shipment. If the box is damaged, take pictures. Packages are insured to a dollar amount by the delivery service.

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, contact us we strive to do what is fair. Items sold or marked down as “Reconditioned”, “Demo”, “Closeout” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
To be eligible for a full return, your item must be in unused new condition and in the same condition that you received it (This means clean, no mud, sand or dust from a riding). Do your best to return the product in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. If original packaging is not available wrap the product in bubble wrap or other protective packaging for transportation.

There are certain situation where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee within the 15 day retun policy (done on a case by case basis usually charged if not returned in the original packaging)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Used items will be subject to a reconditioning fee of 20% and up to 70% depending on cleaning, damage or missing parts.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and/or may be declined for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval, partial refund or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks (note that credit card agencies have additional processing times in addition to our two-week credit policy).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales items if approved for refund will be refunded at the sales price minus any damage or restocking fees. Free promotional merchandise associated with your purchase must be included with your return, or we reserve the right to charge your credit card account for the full retail fee of the promotional item. All promotional items must be returned in original, brand-new condition as stated in “Returns” section of this document.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received “Free Shipping” on your original order, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping/handling costs.
Exchanged product time will vary based on location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
TheCOM warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
Stingray UTV LLC. (“TheCOM”) warrants our product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid only in the United States of America.
If a defect exists, and TheCOM is obligated under this warranty, at its option TheCOM will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product minus shipping charges. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. A replacement part has a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of repair. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes TheCOM’s property. When a refund is given, your product becomes TheCOM’s property.
Any modifications to the original product or customizing the product in anyway will void the warranty and are not eligible for a refund.
